I'm so amazed that not a single yolk was broken in the separation process. Doing 1 at a time my stats are 1 out of 3 breaking at best.

진짜 대왕카스테라 갓 나온거 먹으면 정말 너무 맛있어서 종종 시먹었는데 이젠 가게 찾기도 어렵고 ㅠㅠ 말도 안되는 프로그램으로 순긱간에 사라져서 정말 슬펐어요,, 진짜 너무 먹고 싶어요ㅠㅠ

I can already imagine how soft the texture of the cake is, because I once made a birthday cake with a super soft texture, it tastes good and it's not weird, it doesn't crumble easily even though it's really soft. just once it's lucky

과거 방송에서 식용유 넣었다며 마치 못먹을거 넣은것처럼 말도 안되는 기사로 대왕 카스테라가 엄청난 타격 입었던것 기억 나네요 홈베이킹 하는 사람 으로서 어이 없었던게 식물성 오일은 건강에 더 좋다라는 인식도 있어서 일부러 식용유 넣는 분들도 많았고 현재도 제누와즈나 파운드케이크에도 당연히 넣는 오일을 가지고 악랄한 방송 때렸던 방송사와 기자 진심으로 반성 하기를. 그리고 대왕 카스테라 번창하시길 바랍니다!

Taiwanese food is superb. I never got to taste this while I was visiting family. Now it's on my list as soon as we can return to visit. Anyone who has the chance should visit this beautiful country. Its people are kind gentle happy and hard working. .The scenery is spectacular, the food so different from you taste overseas.

I love these people. They work in virtual silence. No noise, music blaring, yelling at staff or customers, loud customers. They take obvious pride in their workmanship and it shows in the end result. If only others would take a leaf out of their book.
